Overview

Waldur + Det.io = VirtEngine 2.0

To deliver the best value to the customers, we have partnered with DET.io to create a special edition of Waldur for Hosting Providers, called “VirtEngine 2.0”. VirtEngine is used by IT and Hosting Providers for offering a convenient self-service environment for their customers. Provider can use VirtEngine for publishing Cloud Computing services to their customers, allowing customers to purchase and manage offerings in a fully digital way.

The main benefits of using Waldur for IT and Hosting providers are:

Proof-of-Concept

Deploy of a minimal VirtEngine system.
Register offered services.

Integration with Service Desk

Setup a Service Desk account for Waldur.
Provide a single support channel for customers.

Integration with Billing Plugins

Setup and connect to Paypal, other options that are under development includes: Stripe, WHMCS, and Blesta.

Production launch

Open service to your end-customers.
Assure billing, system monitoring is configured and backups are running.
