Self-service for Internal IT

Overview

Waldur is used by Internal IT departments for offering a convenient self-service environment for company departments by providing a simple web-based catalogue of Internal IT services. Waldur integrates natively with Service Desk solution that Internal IT can be using so the introduction of Waldur is not affecting backoffice processes.
