Atlassian Jira Service Desk

Jira Service Desk for bidirectional synchronization of issues, comments, and attachments. It supports
ticket-based marketplace offerings, enabling service provisioning through support workflows with automatic
status mapping.
OpenText SMAX
OpenText SMAX is an enterprise-grade IT service management and automation platform. Waldur integrates via
REST API for request and incident management with webhook support for real-time updates. It connects with
Waldur’s support system for ticket-based marketplace offerings with status mapping and workflow automation
capabilities.
Zammad
Zammad is a popular open-source ticketing system for service desk. Waldur integrates with Zammad for
bidirectional synchronization of issues, comments and attachments via webhooks. It supports tag-based
categorization and customer organization management, enabling ticket-based marketplace service
provisioning.
